This company is great. We had an AC unit installed in March and they gave us a great price and got it installed very quickly. Last week when we thought we were having an issue with the unit they got out here the next day in spite of being backlogged with calls due to the heat. Great group of people and family run. Highly recommended!!
First off I can’t say enough good things about this company. My wife and I had our 20+ year old hvac system replaced recently and every part of this experience from the initial estimate to the final install was amazing. Tom, who came out to give us the estimate, just felt very genuine and kind and made us feel like this was who we wanted to go with. Even my dog liked him! The Honest Choice! I called Rohan and Sons as a second opinion after another company left us with a crazy high quote. They got a tech out right away, and quickly had my AC up and running for a fraction of the price. On top of that, everyone I interacted with, Kelley, Kelley's Husband and to our awesome tech Alex, was super cool and nice. Rohan and Sons 100%!
This company came thru for me last winter and I’m insanely unhappy with the fact that I never did a review. We were left to freeze last winter by our gas companies mistake! This company searched high and low to find the broken part of my 70’s furnace, they found one and the whole team was so incredibly amazing! I wish they were closer to me cause I’d love a service check!
Not sure how their service is but one of their trucks almost caused my wife to get into a car accident driving like a maniac. She put on her turn signal to get over to enter the 78 and he floored it and almost hit the car in front of him to block her from getting over after she had already begun to merge. If I had been in the car with her when this happened things would have escalated quickly. No regard for human life does not sound like a company I would hire!
