This company came thru for me last winter and I’m insanely unhappy with the fact that I never did a review. We were left to freeze last winter by our gas companies mistake! This company searched high and low to find the broken part of my 70’s furnace, they found one and the whole team was so incredibly amazing! I wish they were closer to me cause I’d love a service check!
Not sure how their service is but one of their trucks almost caused my wife to get into a car accident driving like a maniac. She put on her turn signal to get over to enter the 78 and he floored it and almost hit the car in front of him to block her from getting over after she had already begun to merge. If I had been in the car with her when this happened things would have escalated quickly. No regard for human life does not sound like a company I would hire!
Really honest, high quality operation. Had the pleasure of working with Tom who is knowledgeable and solution oriented. Twice now he has found me more cost effective repairs than full replacement, even though that would have made them more $. I will absolutely be calling them for future HVaC needs
My air conditioner went out while out of town for 3 months, my wife was home and not happy with the summer heat. I called Rohan & Sons and Dean said he could stop by and look at it the next day. Dean called me back and said my air conditioner was dead and the system needed a full rehaul after 25 years of service. It was worse than just needing a replacement unit, there was minor mold damage from years of water leakage and extensive wood damage. Dean recommended a mold remediation company. Huge thanks to Rohan & Sons for their quick and professional service! When our heater went out, they had a team at our house within 48 hours. Kane and Andrew were awesome - super polite, extremely knowledgeable, and left everything spotless. They diagnosed and fixed the issue in under an hour. Highly recommend!
