I arrived within my 10-minute grace period and was still declined for my appointment — that’s absolutely unacceptable. Unfortunately, I never got the 5 star patient care I read about. Whenever I needed blood work for my auto immune, I always struggled with her. I managed to get more tests done by paying out of pocket at a different clinic, which is not normal when you have insurance and a doctor that truly cares. Same with my prescription, she kept on referring me to a doctor that wasn’t even responding, 0 effort..
