I work at Embassy Suites East Peoria. I hand delivered a drop off for a guest. I accidentally went to the Peoria location. The owner took the time to expedite the items. She is incredibly kind and helpful.
I dropped of my dry cleaning. The day time supervisor told me it would be 16.50 and 9.00 for 2 items. =24.50. Someone else picked the items up for me charged 28.00. This manager and I have had issues before. Beware of this place. Bad news.
Poor service.
