I did not live in this particular apartment (#61). Mine was on the other side. I have my opinions about the previous owners who took over before my little one and I moved. This was in the mid 90's. In short, they lied and caused me a ton of stress due to their deceptive practices. Management who lived on the property was superb, however. Loved that woman. EXTREMELY strict, neighbors are nosy, and rude and raise disrespectful children, they took out all the grass and almost all the trees besides 2 and replaced all the grass with sand. Does NOT look good, looks like one giant litter box for the stray cats, they are supposed to cover the sand with rocks but it has been about 2 years and nothing has changed about the sand, the only rocks that have been placed are in some spots near the managers apartment and office, there are only some small patches of grass which looks arguably ... read more
They will lie and say they don't charge last months rent, but they 100% do and am forcing me to pay OVER $600. I'm in the middle of moving and their lease says they don't charge last months rent, but they only mean up front (they NEVER clarifiy anything) but they 100% will charge you on your way out.
