EXTREMELY strict, neighbors are nosy, and rude and raise disrespectful children, they took out all the grass and almost all the trees besides 2 and replaced all the grass with sand. Does NOT look good, looks like one giant litter box for the stray cats, they are supposed to cover the sand with rocks but it has been about 2 years and nothing has changed about the sand, the only rocks that have been placed are in some spots near the managers apartment and office, there are only some small patches of grass which looks arguably ... read more
They will lie and say they don't charge last months rent, but they 100% do and am forcing me to pay OVER $600. I'm in the middle of moving and their lease says they don't charge last months rent, but they only mean up front (they NEVER clarifiy anything) but they 100% will charge you on your way out.

People who have rated this place 4 or higher were either living here before the new manager or were payed, not a very good place at all.
The is the bast place I have ever been to it was so friendly. The staff did great with the kids.
