I scheduled a maintenance with Codey and received a call from Mario that morning. Mario said he and George were on the way. I told him I specifically requested Cody. Mario offered to call the office to rectify the situation. I reluctantly said I guess you will be ok providing this is not your first assignment. Mario assured me it was not. They arrived and did an excellent job. Mario gave me periodic updates during the maintenance and he showed me pictures of their work. Our one year maintenance service was perfect. Ben arrived on time and was efficient, professional, and performed a complete system check in a timely manner. He went over the long list of things that were checked, changed our filter, and showed how we can do it in the future if needed. He answered all our questions we appreciate Rogue Valley Heating and Cooling.
