Been here since 2008, space rent was $425....now going up to $580 a month for what? We maintain our yards, including tree trimming, there's no pool, no exercise room, yards full of weeds and poorly maintained. What exactly are we paying for because this is no longer a 5 star park. Time to move on because they are letting anything and anyone move in here, rules are not enforced, speed limits not enforced, supposed to be 55+ park but yet younger people living in here with parents/grandparents.
This is a very friendly and clean park. Love that it has activities and veggie garden. Ponds have seen much TLC in the past 10 months and it really shows! I love to walk in the quiet hours of the morning and feel very safe, never having had a negative experience while walking. I would recommend this park to any senior looking for a comfortable, safe and pretty place to live.
As a resident, I DON'T recommend it!
