This place is an absolute joke! Not all but most of the staff are disgusting and extremely unprofessional… feels like you are talking to a girl in high school with a serious attitude problem if you don’t do or say exactly what the want… then try and take your concerns to the supervisor some lady named Emily who just completely compounds the issues and makes you feel like your the problem and they don’t want to do anything to help you…. Bad bedside manner. They will schedule appointments to establish care with a doctor on that doctor's last day working there. Highly impersonal. Witnessed a caregiver get aggravated with a woman who could not move quickly. They want to turn and burn as many patients as possible as quickly as possible. It is the Jack In The Box of doctor's offices. Strongly recommend that you avoid if you have any other options.
Everyone I've encountered have been kind, professional, and have jumped through hoops to get me referrals to the things I need to have evaluated. I've made both same day and future appointments without issue and I've found the providers and staff to be very helpful and caring!
