They don't answer the phone. Told me to call at 7:45 AM Thursday for same day appointment, it's 8:20 AM and they still aren't answering.
DDS Jacobs is a wonderful dentist. He is always cheerful, patient, gentle ang listens to me. What more can you ask for in a dentist!
Very poor reception service. Can never get ahold of the front desk and only get voicemail. To never get a call back
Very poor customer service as far as capp backs and getting in touch by phone. I waited 4 weeks for my tooth that was already in poor condition to learn they never even sent my referral and blamed my insurance. No accountability and no professionalism
Both my kids and I love the dentist now. Everyone is so friendly and they do such an amazing job. My kids aren’t afraid of the dentist because of them! They listen to me and my concerns . It has truly been an amazing experience. Thank you to all the dental assistants especially Rachel and Marissa and thank you to dr Alex and dr Austen !
