I want to get a partial on June 8th. I went to my appointment. She did 2 sets of impressions, first one was with upper and lower teeth, like a purple clay. She said she had another appointment canceled so she could do all of it in one day. So we did another one, upper and lower. She did some other cream inside, held them in there for a couple minutes, picked a color. I was leaven scheduled appointment. It can be exceedingly difficult to get a timely appointment because they are always cycling through providers. However their customer service is fantastic and they provide great treatment.

From Alexander (My dentist) and his assistant to the lady who sets the appointments I was BLOWN away! Caring of how you're feeling the very moment you say hello. Extremely professional, and did everything they possibly could to ensure I was comfortable the entire time. And that's coming from someone who avoids doctors offices as much as he can.
