It can be exceedingly difficult to get a timely appointment because they are always cycling through providers. However their customer service is fantastic and they provide great treatment.
From Alexander (My dentist) and his assistant to the lady who sets the appointments I was BLOWN away! Caring of how you're feeling the very moment you say hello. Extremely professional, and did everything they possibly could to ensure I was comfortable the entire time. And that's coming from someone who avoids doctors offices as much as he can. First time in a long time that I was listen to. They have helped me with my Type 1 Diabetes.
Garbage service. They tell you to call at a certain time, but don't answer. They change your dentist without a transfer of care signed, but in order to get back to your dentist now you have to do a transfer form. Which they're quick to let you know most likely will not even be approved. Their lack of care and professionalism especially at the Eagle Point location is appalling. How are these people still getting paychecks?
