Quoted for excavator and footings. After excavator didn’t show up, decided to plan retaining wall using our driveway as the footing. Brought this to his attention and he then said we “changed the scope”. Didn’t complete the front section of the wall and no refund was given. Claimed $600 discount for no excavator coming but then also claimed that was because he didn’t finish the wall. Still hasn’t come back to collect his wheel barrow and level. Reported to building commission. Photos below is how it was left.
