Jonathan did a great job. He was professional, punctual and personable. I had a whole house surge protector installed and Johnathan explained everything well from start to finish and what to look for and do, should the device be activated by a power surge . I have used My AZ electrician in the past and would highly recommend them. Thanks for an excellent service call!

I'm shocked at all the 5 star reviews this company has. My experience was zero stars. Had an appointment scheduled at 7am to install some LED lights. After receiving a text and email the day before confirming, right before my appointment, at 6:47am the office called to tell me the tech won't be out, told me they are just way too busy and she can't spare the tech to install my lights. She said my job wasn't important and they had other jobs that were. The office person needs to take a course in customer service. I rescheduled... read more
