Happy with all aspects
I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of my new floors. Less than three months after installation, there is a large discolored area in my kitchen that makes the entire room look terrible. On top of that, the floors are already cracking. Despite reaching out, Rogos has been unresponsive, leaving me to deal with the mess they left behind. Now, I have to spend even more money to have someone else fix their poor workmanship. I would not recommend Rogos for residential flooring.
We just finished a concrete overlay project, with Orlando as the lead man. From the onset, with Michael are estimator, explained the process in detail and answered all of our questions, the process was very organized and work developed on time and on schedule. The work was excellent, Orlando was conscientious, and responsive, we needed some design modification mid thru and he was happy to make some corrections. We worked together during the installation process to make sure the flooring color and texture was exactly what we wanted, And they were very receptive to our feedback.
