I had one good experience 10+ years ago. My most recent experience was not so great.
The intake process is terrible. Instead of wanting to talk to you they make you fill out an online form then somebody emails you saying that will not represent you. LOL. Of course not, you don't even know the whole story.
One of the pet peeves of dealing with law firms so far, is the gate keepers, when they say no "not willing to take your case", especially after saying that and if I request to speak with a manager of the firm and they still say 'No' as if they own the firm. In any case the lady conversed with just did not bother forward my inquiry to an attorney, because it was an EEOC case.
