I've been renting here for almost 3 years. And its sad to see the poor reviews. My experience here has been great. I've recommended people here and will continue to do so. If you need storage in or close to Rogersville give them a chance.
Far from being secure. Camper was tampered with multiple times, cables cut and batteries stolen. Does not answer calls and has no interest in any level of security. Moving it to a location that has cameras and regular surveillance.
Don't put anything valuable in here. We had to put all our stuff in storage during a move. After several days of rain we checked on our stuff only to find the roof leaking so bad it was practically raining on our couch, shelves, chair, and boxes of personal items. I contacted the storage unit and was told "They aren't responsible for any damage" as it shows in the contract we signed. I called insurance because we got renters insurance just in case. Insurance denied our claim because they don't cover water damage from neglect... read more
