PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! Jim Coker the owner cussed me and my wife out on the phone after he gave us ambien (sleeping pills) that was not any good. I took my pill at 9:30 and was still up at 3:30 am. Did this for 3 or 4 days straight. Also had my wife try it one night to make sure it was not just me and the same thing happened to her.They simply did not work.. Jim said "my wife and I were not f**king medical experts and that our doctor office did not know what the f**k they were talking about" then they said sometime... read more

I’m partial to home town pharmacies. This staff is friendly, and of course the soda fountain is something you rarely get to see anymore.
Terrible customer service. Not friendly, not expedient, not helpful. Would rather drive to Springfield than step foot in their store again.
They were very helpful in getting my prescriptions in a timely manner. I usually go to Springfield to get my medications but was sick and didn't want to travel too far.
We have gone to Rogersville pharmacy for years and never want to change! We've gone through several insurance companies, going on Medicare, and Jim is always up to bat for us, calling the insurance company when there's a problem! The staff are so great, as well. I'm bad about leaving my phone, purse or my meds, lol, when I leave and they look out for me. Even tracked me down at DG one time! Love the soda fountain addition. I could go on and on, but they deserve TEN STARS!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
told me they would honor a good rx price and didnt, then the lady argued with a customer . rude wouldn't reccomend
