I called the office to book an over the phone appointment with the lawyer who I THOUGHT I hired, and emailed her with no response or call back for a week. Called Legal aid to find out they hadn't even taken my certificate number even after filling documents. Thank God they didn't cause they don't seem very reliable anyways. In February 2023, I enquired about a consultation with Andrew Rogerson. I explained clearly what I wanted to discuss and was told in an email that the cost would be $495+HST for an hour consultation. In April 2023, I booked the consultation. The person I spoke to wouldn’t honour the $495 fee I had been quoted in writing and said the consultation would be $650+HST for an hour.
