Great company! My wife and I have been using Rogers for at least 10 years now, and have always been pleasantly surprised at how quickly and professionally they do things. We have both a drinking water and salt using water system from them and both of these units have worked great since they were installed. I always recommend Rogers to my friends, because I know they do honest and quality work.
All of the years I've lived in Las Vegas I have known that the water is terrible. That's why having such a great company like this in town is so nice. Sure you can go with one of the big companies that don't care about you one bit, but Rogers is different. It seems like they actually care about their customers. We have been using this company for years and have their systems installed and serviced in three properties. Over the past year, I am sad to say that the level of service and professionalism has completely deteriorated. One of my RO filters was installed incorrectly, which caused carbon chunks to infect my drinking water. The filthy mess of a repair person showed up and proceeded to not only try to charge us for a service call that was due to their error in the first place, he was unprofessional to the point of being abusive... read more
