Words can't express how the guys at Roger's Tire -N- Auto saved me from having a car accident.. I went rushing in for an oil change already running late for work. I was greated with "Good morning, how can we help you today" I immediately felt welcomed. I asked how long would it take to get me in. There were card in every spot. Had my car in for a tuneup. When I picked it up it ran horrible. I called them back and they said I would have to make an appointment and pay for anything they find! Wow... It ran better when I took it in. I took it to another shop and they showed me a snapped off sparkplug. What the hell? They had to "eazy out it" and put a new one in. It told them to take the rest of the plugs out and make sure they were put in correctly. 2 of them had smashed electrodes one was cracked. That is 4 out of 6. Theses people suck. I took brand new rims and tires in and they scratched on so bad. There wander a sharpie will fix that. We didn't do it. I am not responsible for custom wheels. It must of happened at your house. Stay away from these bums.
THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!!! They have no customer service ethnic at all. I took my car to them to fix. I've been getting minor work done over the last couple of years. The last time I took my car too them was last month (February 2015) they held my car for 6 days and did not bother to call me to communicate what was going on with it. The first two days I probably called every two hrs and each time I called they couldn't tell me anything. Roger's Tire has been repairing my car since 2005. They have always been fair and their prices are also fair. Will continue to have my car repaired there. Their tires prices are the best in town.
I took my wife's car in for an alignment. He told me it needed front end work, charged me $75, & did not align the car. Gave him the benefit of doubt. Brought my car in to get brakes fixed because it was convenient and he had brakes advertised @ $90. After installed, I was charged $160. To make things worse he did bit put the bottom pins back in. I took to a dealership and they said there was no way the pins could fall out like Roger said. I ended up having to pay an additional $115 for brakes to be replaced and $645 to fix ... read more
went in for one thing they talked my wife into more the prices just for parts were way to high i found most of the parts 20-30 dollars cheaper myself and i found the big guy with the pony tail rather offensive. overall i wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy
