Scheduling was a bit rocky at first, but Jessie Elder, the tech, made up for it. He was fantastic. Great communication, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond. Highly appreciate his service.

They quoted a $99 assessment visit. After a 45 minute assessment visit we received an invoice for $596.00 for the technician to take photos so the technical manager could give a bid for the install of our Breezaire. When I called the company Lindsey denied quoting $99 and Bethany who takes care of accounts said that $99 gets them to your door. I have left a message for the owner to make sure he knows what his employees are doing.
