If I can’t even get them to call me for our scheduled phone appointment that was supposed to be an initial consultation, how am I going to trust that there will be any follow-through on any legal matters?! I waited a week for a scheduled initial consultation phone call, then got a text message 15 minutes past my scheduled time saying that the attorneys were in meetings that were going over, that I could reschedule if I wanted to.
