From the moment I walked in, the staff at Imperial Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all my questions. I left feeling confident and will definitely return for future service.
Sales was fine, but everything after was a nightmare. Finance pushed extras I didn’t need, made me wait hours, the truck wasn’t serviced as promised, and worst of all—they never processed my plates/registration. Three months later I’m stuck at the DMV fixing what I already paid them to do. Very disappointing.
I appreciated the extra effort taken by Tom and the team to provide me with a rental car when told my car would require an overnight stay. Thanks again for everything!
