I purchased a vehicle from IVCDJR in December of 2024 and have had nothing but problems since. When I bought the truck, I was told the tags were good for a year, but just one month later, the registration was already due. I completed the entire purchase by phone and text, trusting the dealership to sell me a safe, reliable vehicle since I wasn’t able to test drive it beforehand. Absolutely the worst customer service. This guy in particular is extremely rude and likes to blame the customers. Another thing, Every time I turn in my car, it comes back to me with different issues then I turned it in for. Never purchasing a vehicle from this place again so I don’t have to deal with the terrible mechanics and customer service people.

From the moment I walked in, the staff at Imperial Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all my questions. I left feeling confident and will definitely return for future service.

Sales was fine, but everything after was a nightmare. Finance pushed extras I didn’t need, made me wait hours, the truck wasn’t serviced as promised, and worst of all—they never processed my plates/registration. Three months later I’m stuck at the DMV fixing what I already paid them to do. Very disappointing.
