Very inconsistent staff. They struggle if dogs are in the yard and never have the same staff so there is never any consistency or routine. Poor service and communication. They never come at the same time. Honestly, I don't know why anyone would pay for this service. Very disappointing. If I could give zero stars I would.
I have purchasing pool supplies and repair services from Roger's for many years. I have always found them to be fair. Several times, I have called for service and had a repairman come to the house. Before performing any direct repairs, i have been advised of the cost and, on a couple of occasions, I have been told what to do and been charged nothing for the consultation. Called to inquire if Roger’s stocked the de filters I needed … they checked and assured me they were available. Holiday weekend Friday so asked when they will close… “1pm”. Arrived at 12:40pm, locked up & nobody around. Wasted my time & gas !!
