RecommendedHonest great customer service. Will not push to upsell to you, very informative staff. Not sure why there are negative post on tjis page, but i cam tell you 30 years doing business with them, never a bad one. There is a reason they are the oldest pool company in New England. Keep up the great work.

Poor customer service, they’ll sell you products but then not honor warranties and issues with installs. Buyer beware.
Worse customer service I have encountered ever. Rude, not helpful at all. We have spent a fair amount of money with this company unfortunately and had an issue with our new $1600 liner which broke after a month of use. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone unless you want to be belittled and disrespected! This recommendation has little to do with the unfortunate liner as it does with the lack of help, concern or plain decency shown by these people. I will be letting EVERYONE I know, know about this awful company.
Excellent Service Very Knowledgeable about Pools and old toys
This is the best toy store in the area. It is THE go to place for classic games and toys you cannot find in the big box stores. This is a great way to keep our local businesses going.
