They have total disregard for neighbors who cannot get sleep due to loud music until 2 a.m. on a Monday night, and on many other nights. I'm a music lover and player. I lived in Rogers Park for many years and appreciate the effort that went into the building. I don't understand this total lack of disregard for the people who live nearby Rogers Park who would potentially be customers.
