Can't speak to the sales department or their products, but the service department is horrible. They kept my bike for months without doing any work while "looking for parts." When I was finally able to get a hold of them and find out what was going on, it took me literally 10 minutes to find the part myself using Google. I had it shipped to the shop, and a month after it was delivered (delivery confirmation) they had still not even tried to replace it, then said it was the wrong part.
