Terrible company that consistently violates city noise ordinances. Workers litter the area with empty beer cans - since half their workforce is passed out drunk by 3pm it’s not a surprise they’re trying to catch up overnight

Rogers O'Brian is a First Class General Contractor. I have had the pleasure of working with them as a subcontractor off and on for 30 years.
For the record: 1 star is a generous gift from Google. I would rate them negative stars. And this review is made by an actual engineer. Unorganized and not signaled: They did tear apart the back of the Medical Tower at 38th street. No one single signal for detour of patients, even so many of them are handicapped or pregnant. I am pregnant myself and was a nightmare to find parking ( they closed the main entrance for parking at 38St and did not signal how to get to the tower.l), then to find the elevator.
