Rogers O'Brian is a First Class General Contractor. I have had the pleasure of working with them as a subcontractor off and on for 30 years.
For the record: 1 star is a generous gift from Google. I would rate them negative stars. And this review is made by an actual engineer. Unorganized and not signaled: They did tear apart the back of the Medical Tower at 38th street. No one single signal for detour of patients, even so many of them are handicapped or pregnant. I am pregnant myself and was a nightmare to find parking ( they closed the main entrance for parking at 38St and did not signal how to get to the tower.l), then to find the elevator. Excellent GC to work with in my experience.
Rogers-o brien does not care about safety. I worked at the Cambria project in downtown Austin. The management there was horrible. They say they pride themselves on safety. But they are a joke. Everyone who works for rogers-o brien on that project is a joke. These are just some examples of what rogers-o brien think is safe. Never in my career of 11 years have I seen such bad safety conditions. They had told me and my company that this swing stage was fully operational and safe.
