I was very nervous about having a Diamond remount done since my ring is so old and detailed with old cut rubies long all sides of my ring. She had me come back to talk to GARY the JEWELER. The service at Rogers Jewelry in Folsom is both professional and personal at the same time. Crystal in particular listened so closely to what I wanted to accomplish with several appraisals, and resizing of rings. I appreciated that her recommendations met my needs and were not just for the sale. For example, we could have resized now, and then resized again in the future if necessary. Crystal instead recommended an alteration to the ring design that would eliminate the need for more resizing (and another sale!) in the future... read more
Good experience and great customer service! I went in thinking I wanted one thing and the lady helping us showed me something that I felt spoke to my soul. Today is my 32nd Birthday and it’s special this year because I was nine on a leap year so today marks my 8th real birthday.
