I bought a bridal set before thanksgiving 2018.. the guy was super nice and helped me to find the right bridal set... but he couldn’t not find the certication card that has all the information about the set.. he promise I would get it in the mail in 2 weeks and now is Jan 3 haven’t got anything.. call the store they can’t find it ... how can this b fix... I would like to have my card for my set
