How nice to be told what the price is for a repair. I felt at ease by the jewelers confidence to repair my item. My repair was seem-less. I received a timely phone call to inform me that the chain was ready. The folks were really nice throughout the process , both drop off and pickup. I will be going back in the future should the need arise. Thank you.
