I walked in looking for my first watch I was a little nervous cause most places pressure you into making a purchase but not Taylor she was very helpful and understanding. She helped me find the right watch and for a reasonable price. Will be recommending this location to my friends and will return for future purchases. Needed an extremely sentimental ring fixed as I lost a diamond. Trivell was incredible every step of the way. It's a ring in honor of my deceased granddaughter. I received different options and everything was explained thoroughly. I definitely have my jeweler from now on. Thank you so much for your patience and kindness. Got ring back and they did incredible work. Love the people there.
