Pretty good selection of services and materials. Their in person customer service was alright, but then after I ordered they just completely dropped communication. I ordered a necklace that they said should be done by a certain date and that they would let me know if there was a delay. I called in when it was estimated to be done and they apparently lost track of the gems or didn’t ship them? They did not ever follow up again after that.
