My now husband started buying my jewelry from this store in 2012 and I loved them then and still love them today. We've always gotten the lifetime warranty on any piece he's gotten me and really enjoy it (and have used it) because they don't require you to come in every 6 months for inspection in order to keep the warranty valid. Great experience here and their customer service is outstanding. I had sized my wedding ring and my finger must have been swollen cause it ended up being too big and falling off. Went in and Angie helped me swap it for a smaller one and luckily they had it in stock. My wife’s ring has an absolutely untouchable protection plan that doesn’t require the check up every 6 months. Everyone who has helped me has been great.
Normally I’ve had good experiences there, this last time, horrible. Spent 2 hours turning my rings in to get soldered and tried to buy a necklace. Salesperson was busy doing other things while waiting on me. I went and bought some hat necklace elsewhere.
