Extremely dissatisfied with this Rogers & Hollands right now. My husband and I went to inquire about getting my rings resized after I had a major weightloss. The lady at the store said it would take 2 weeks. We called after 2 weeks, the lady told us she called their jeweller and it will be another week. So 3 weeks have past, my husband calls, and the guy says they misinformed us, it may take up to 6 weeks because it went to their main location, not their jeweller.
