I'm from out-of-state and recently ran into Roger's & Hollands because my wedding ring has become loose. Becky and Amanda were fantastic! They cleaned my ring and installed an adjuster at no charge. Their customer service was stellar, and I can't thank them enough! Highly recommend.
I recently went in to get help with fixing a chain I have and the lady was so helpful and polite. This is what customer service should be. Thank you so much Amanda!
