I received a pair of earrings from my sister who had just passed away from cancer. They are extremely sentimental to me! I was at Fox River Mall and decided to go into Zales jewelry to see if the little 3 diamonds were real diamonds. My husband bought me a wedding ring for our 20 year anniversary, and customer service is fantastic, and jewelry gorgeous.
The customer service was awesome. I came in to get appraisal. There was a little problem finding my ring purchase date, with a little assistance from other people they found it.
Even though they were busy, Justin took the time to take care of all questions and help me with my appraisals. Thank you!
There wasn’t much of a wait specially with it being valentines day! Staff was friendly, informative and helpful. They will have my daughters and my business from here forth.
