I highly recommend Roger's for HVAC needs. They were professional, prompt and courteous. They even took extra initiative to fix some loose spindles while they were out working on the unit. Overall very impressed with everyone at this company!
They are always fast and friendly. This winter of course on freezing weekends, we had to call twice. Both times they arrived within one hour and had us fixed in no time! We will continue to use Roger’s Heating and Air Conditioning!
I will start with the fact I have used Rogers several times in the past and been very happy with their services. My last experience however, was absolutely terrible. My outside unit malfunctioned, the motor was a solid block of ice. Once it had melted, the technician said that in addition to the frozen motor, there were several leaks in the unit. I would recommend Rogers to anyone! I was having an awful experience with another company that caused me to be without heat for weeks. Rogers diagnosed and fixed the problem in two days. Everyone I spoke with was so kind and helpful. Excellent service & I will be continuing to use them for my HVAC needs!
