Rogers Health Group, LLC had a third party contact me following a motor vehicle accident in Rogers. The party contacting left a voicemail message on my phone representing that she needed to speak with me about the incident and inquiring about my insurance and whether I was injured. It took repeated and direct questions to get her to admit that she was (1) not an insurer, (2) had obtained my contact information from the Police Report, and (3) was trying to solicit my business. This company is a complete fraud. They will bill the auto insurance company for services that were never provided. RUN RUN RUN far away when they call you. They are a complete scam and should not be allowed to be in business. When they start your treatment, the bills start piling up and you are forced to pay them. They are roughly 4 times what a normal chiropractor will charge. Be prepared to get screwed if you use their services.
After my recent accident, the Rogers Health Group had their 3rd party group call me and aggressively set an appointment with them. When I contacted the RHG, they spun it off as a way to build their clientele. I didn't appreciate almost being scammed so soon after my accident. The sad news is that I might have used them for my Chiropractic needs, but now they've lost me as a customer. Rogers Health Group offers services to AR residents that have been injured in auto accidents. We absolutely contact individuals that have recently been involved in an auto accident to make them aware of the services they are entitled to receive. As Arkansans we all pay our overpriced insurance premiums for years and when the time comes that we are involved in an accident, the insurance companies not only give you a hard time but also make it impossible to get in contact with the adjuster.
