Roger’s Health and Rehabilitation has been a wonderful place for my father in-law. The facility is extremely well organized and impeccably clean, which immediately gave me peace of mind. Horrible and neglectful. Giving medicine to patients that are allergic to them, hours without checking on patients, not changing adult diapers, and not being fed. Had to remove the patient and move them to the hospital b/c the care was so poor. Will never use this facility again!!!!!!!!!!!!!
