Brought my car in to Roger because lots of dashboard lights were on after heavy rains. Roger told me my vehicle just needed a good tune up and it would cost $2300. Paid and went to pick up my vehicle. Lights came on again so I left it. Again and again this happened and then my vehicle started blowing white smoke. Finally I towed it to Toyota after Roger said he would return almost all my money if I signed my car over to him.
