AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! They dropped an instrument on my 5 year old niece during surgery and left a giant gash and knot on her forehead, when initially asked about it we were told it was “normal swelling” hours later we were obviously more aware of the actual cut and mark located no where near the site of surgery. when we called up there to discuss the issue we were met with more lack of concern and was laughed at by the doctor.
