This was such a great facility, kind staff and compassionate healthcare!
I felt bullied into a boot and then could barely walk on it, haven’t worn it past out to my car. The boot was $420 and they make you sign for it in 3 places. That should’ve been a red flag they were ripping me off. Checked price on Amazon and new from the manufacturer it’s $80. Insurance brought it down to $310. That means the markup is still 4 times the amount they pay. Plus the pain subsides with a lidocaine patch meaning it’s likely nerve related not what they claimed. Expect to be taken advantage of.
She was very niice. Explained everything to where I could understand what she was talking about,. Answer all my questions & had a good plan to help me with the pain in my foot, & a follow up visit in a month to see where i’m at. I sure appreciated all of her help. Thank you, Vicki Strickland
