Excellent Job! We had our entire new home completed by Roger's Flooring. The gentleman that helped us with the selections was knowlegeable and creative. The scheduling and installation went without any issues. I would use them with anything in the future.
Run Away!!! After selecting a carpet for my living room, the carpet delivered was not the color I ordered. When I spoke to the midget manager, This little guy gave me some B.S. about checking the sample with the delivered carpet, and how the sample came from a different batch and that their is some various between lots. But it was never resolved to my satisfaction. The carpet, while still brown, was too dark for my tastes. They do not keep their promises. Very bad experience. Wanting to d9o business with a local flooring company we went to Rogers flooring. They had a good selection and we chose the hardwood Oak. When we place the order we mentioned that if the floor was installed they would have to raise the dishwasher...we were told by the salesman "no problem, we'll take care of it" When the estimator came out to figure the square footage, we were told "no problem, I will let the installers and the foreman know about it". The good and the bad We went to Roger's Flooring for carpeting for our basement. We felt the they gave us a great price. The installers that came were very professional and got the job done when they said they would. We went there for kitchen and foyer tile. Our experience was not as good. The wrong tile kept getting ordered. We would be told that the installers were coming, only to have them call later to say that the tile had not come in or they were on another job.
