Great Dr one of the best in Palm springs we have been coming to her office for 3 generation in our family.
amazing office staff who is kind and courteous. The dr on the other hand should retire already. She is so old school in charting, recommendations, and treatments. I would beware to take your child here if you have any concerns. she speaks in broken English and has poor bed side manner
Due to this hospital / clinic section, my credit has an opened "Collections" account due to their inability to bill Tri-Care and inability to accept our phone calls for MONTHS after we got a letter in the mail regarding their inability to charge Tri-Care. We finally got ahold of the staff and were told it was taken care of.. "We will bill Tri-Care, we are sorry". 1 year later, I'm finding myself having to defend myself from a collection agency used by Dr.Rogers (AWA Collections). 2/10 Care.
I have to like bullet points due to spacing: 1) misdiagnosed rash for 4 months 2) short and irritated when paged for moderate reaction to milk 3) staff is over-stressed 4) left on vacation and left an on-call doctor in her place that was ALSO on vacation (irresponsible). 5) you WILL wait 1-2 hours WITH an appointment... good luck without.
Dr. Rogers is awesome I was a patient of hers as a child my niece and nephews were patients of hers as well and now my infant is a patient of hers she is caring and takes her time to explain something if you don't understand and recommends supplements to take to stay healthy
Dr. Rogers and her staff are awesome! I can't believe the low rating I saw on here. Don't believe it. My kids have been going to her for 10 years. I am so thankful for the care they have received from this caring doctor and staff. I have one child who has had health problems, and Debbie always follows up on referrals, even reminding me that she made one. They never make a sick child wait for an appointment. Dr. Rogers cares about the kids, and it shows.
My sons were patients of Dr. Rogers and we relocated to South Carolina and The new Doctors office requested my Son medical records several times . Dr. Rogers office never complied and my oldest son is sick so we call several days ago for The third time and they still have not received them .
Dr. Rogers is always so cearing. She is never in a rush to get you in and out. You can tell she loves what she does
