Just hit my 4 year anniversary and I couldn't be happier! They really know how to take care of the people that deserve it. Anybody who would say different doesn't deserve to work here!!!

Great company that cares a lot for their employees. I started as a service electrician and I am now a project manager in the construction division. Looking forward to many years to come with Rogers Electric.
At this time in my life and in this economy, seems to me Rogers Electric does VALUE its employee. An Employer who appreciates their Employee. Not saying there are "No Bad Days", but personalities will clash, learn how to react and carry yourself on.
Most of the people that work here are good, hard working people. Pay is pretty standard and the benefits are decent. There is a lack of communication in the main office, even though everyone is within arms reach of each other, and a fairly high turn over rate throughout the company. The consistency in work is relatively low and a lot of decisions are made by children due to the "good ole boy", family, and buddy system in the offices. The field guys are good guys though.

My husband has been with this company for going on three years now. He loves it. Good pay and great benefits. I love it too
Hard to get 40 hours a week at times. Little to no communication from the office to the techs. PM with no electrical past so no help. Past on this company.
