My husband went for appointment, checked in, gave them new insurance cards and they never informed him they did not accept his insurance. I know this is our responsibility to check insurance but it would have been appreciated for them to note this. He went for a cleaning, they did X-rays and gum check and stated they didn’t have time to actually clean his teeth, which is what his appointment was for.
