Terrible at communication and follow through. The day before they were supposed to pick up our sofa, we discovered that they don’t have the needed insurance to work in our building. This is despite the fact that my very first inquiry asked about it and I asked for a copy of the COI no less than eight (8!!!) times. My husband took an antique heirloom rocking chair here that has been in my family for 40 years. He dropped it off the first week of December and they promised to fix the rocking chair and have it painted before Christmas. I needed it before my baby shower and the chair is still not done! Tomorrow it will be 2 months that they have had my chair and have not fixed the chair. They made an excuse that they had to send the chair to get painted before he fixed it and it was painted wrong.
