I’m very displeased of this company, I’m a veteran and still they were adding VA funding costs to the closing costs, for a home appraised at 205k the wanted to sell it to me for 218k, with closing coats of 16k, that was outrageous, saddenly I lost my hard earned money of 2500 I paid of earnest money, plus they wanted me to get the services “ mandatory “ that they wanted, electric, gas and internet, I thought wer were living in a free country.
