Very helpful And friendly
I had a wonderful experience here! Everyone was so pleasant to talk with, I was immediately seen after filling out my paperwork (and this was a walk-in visit!). Every test I needed to provide samples for was explained in detail and I was reassured and comfortable the whole time there! I would take the bad reviews with a grain of salt, because these people genuinely cared and wanted to help me be in my best health! I had a great experience at the Claremore Health dept. Didn't have to wait long at all. All the staff put me at ease, very professional. Thank you very much Claremor HD for providing the services that I needed.
A bit of a unpopular opinion, give the previous reviews, but I've never had a problem with this place. The hours are posted online, so let's scratch that excuse. Maybe the lady in the other review was just having a bad day and was overwhelmed. It happens, it is what it is. This place is always clean and the employees, from my experiences, try their best.
