Horrible experience. I didn’t hire them, they called me telling me someone was buying land next to me and I had to fix some paperwork. No problem except I had never done this before and they were extremely rude about my ignorance to this protocol and didn’t explain. I had to call other Abstract Companies to tell to me what the law was what they were trying to say.
