Dr. Cain doen not make me feel that he is concerned with anything other than the fee he receives for my visits. He is never on time and my wait is always an hour or more . There is never any follow up after the visit and if you need something after the visit that could be handled over the phone or by fax he wants you to come in so he gets and extra copay. What a RIP OFF

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Is this business handicap-accessible? No, I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!
