This was my first time handling an international shipment on my own, from the manufacturer to my location. I worked with Kathy from Rogers & Brown and she was absolutely amazing to work with. I cannot say enough positive things. The freight forwarder I used (a different company than Rogers & Brown) was an absolute nightmare, but Kathy honestly helped keep me sane and was so helpful and knowledgable!
